    Documentation

    Step 1. Log into your back-end and go to Extensions >> Install\Uninstall.

    Step 2. Click on Overview button, select zip-file with FW AuthorSpace plugin and upload it.

    Step 3. Go to Extensions >> Plugin Manager and enable FW AuthorSpace.

    Step 4. Without leaving this page click on the AuthorSpace plugin link. Here you can select one of available integration: JomSocial, Community Builder or Joomla. Make sure that selected variant is available.

    If you choose Community Builder integration:

    Step 5. Go to Components >> Community Builder >> Field Management

    Step 6. To create a new field, that will be your contact link to other site, like Facebook\Twitter\Youtube, click on the button "New Field". Fulfill the fields with the required information and select suitable parameters.

    Step 7. Save the changes and then the new field will appear in the CB Field Manager.

    Step 8. Go to User Management >> Your profile. The new field has appeared in the profile and now you can type there your link. Save the changes.

    If you choose JomSocial integration.

    Step 5. Go to Components >> JomSocial >> Users

    Step 6. Fulfill your profile with the information, that you would like to share with others, like your birth date, Hometown or some other general information.

    Step 7. On the "Contant Information" page you can give contact links to different sites which you would like to share with others, like Facebook\Twitter\Youtube, etc.

    Step 8. Save all the changes by clicking on the button "Save".

    Step 9. Having made all these changes return to Extensions >> Plugin Manager >> FW AuthorSpace. Here you can check whether JomSocial\JomComment\Community Builder are installed. In the "User profile type" you can select the integration, that will meet your needs best. Then you can also fetch the "Commenting system", that you like most, this can be JomComment\Disqus or none of them. It is up to you to choose. We haven't finished Jomlike plugin yet, so this integration is not available now.

    Step 10. In the next section you can select the “Display of Author”, it can be your real name or your alias. The article's display is selected in the “Layout” field and it can be Vertical, Horizontal or Tumblr Design. The display is turned on\off by you in the following fields. You can limit Posts link by number and you can choose the date format too.

    Step 11. The place where your article will be shown is selected by you in the next section. The visitors of your site can see it at once on front-page or in Sections, Categories or Articles. You can name these sections and categories in the next section and you can also exclude the articles, by just giving their names in the field.

    Step 12. The last section is dedicated to the links which you would like to be seen by others. If links to such sites like Facebook or Twitter are given in your JomSocial\Community Builder profile and you want them to be shown with the article, then you should add the names of these fields in the fields pointed out on screen shots. You can also add the link to your site or some other source.

    Step 15. Now save all the changes and enjoy the plugin and the new display of the articles on your web-site with us. Just try it and you will be impressed!
