FW Real Estate 1.7.6.1 is integrated with Google Maps. Every property has the tab 'Map and Nearby' where you can view the indicated property on the map.

Registered users may be divided into two groups in FW Real Estate component. There can be Agent/Agency and User profiles. Agent profile has the following features:

• photo/logo image
• subscription plan/level
• subscription valid date
• address
• telephone
• web site
• description field

Registered agents are allowed to add their properties through front-end. They can add, edit, remove properties, upload images and video files, pdf brochures, etc. You can test this facility here. Please enter demo/demo to log into the front-end management.

FW Real Estate component allows to charge users for becoming agents and adding their properties. Administrator can create unlimited number of subscription plans with different terms like: price, prolongation price, properties quantity, featured properties quantity, subscription period.

There is also Description field available in the component.

Take a tour is a great video option for portal site isn't it? FW Real Estate does it! You can upload video files or show video using URL from Youtube or Vimeo sites. This option is available in the front-end management as well.

You are welcome to use our unlimited photo gallery integrated with FW Real Estate.

Sharing is a must-have feature and we have it! Site visitors are allowed to share the URL to the property via Twitter and Facebook as well as send the information about property to a friend's email.

Your site visitors can print the page of a chosen property just clicking on the button 'Print this page'.

Short and detailed descriptions are two separate fields where Agent can put property descriptions using Joomla Editors

Agent Module allows you to display one or several agent photos/company logos with extra information and links like:

Need to display properties for rent and for sale at once? You are welcome to create as many categories and types as you need and assign each of them to a single menu item.

Such fields as categories, types, amenities, lease terms, country, currency, status, dimensions are customizable via Dictionaries. You can remove, edit and add new ones.

Attach more details about your properties with a PDF file.

CSV Import/Export Plugin is a free add-on. It allows you to import/export properties using CSV files.

How can you ger free Premium Support?

What do I need before I buy a component?

Click Download button and save zip-file with the component. Then go to your website, log in and move to Extensions >> Install/Uninstall. FW Real Estate Pro can be installed to your website without uninstallation of the previous version, so you just install the new version over the old version. All the data saves after the upgrade, so you won't lose any information from your website.

How can I zoom Google Map?

In order to zoom your Map in FW Real Estate, please, do the following:

After the update of the extension, all the changes, which I have made, disappeared! What should I do?

After the update of an extension all the changes, which you have made before, will disappear, because you download a new extension and Joomla! doesn't remember the changes. If you have modified an extension, changed the color of the font type, its style, changed some signs or icons, etc. then you should understand that all these changes will disappear after the update and, if you want to restore these, then you need to repeate the changes once again.
