Fastw3b Premium Support is a support ticket service that is provided for Fastw3b customers only. It is free for both commercial and non-commercial Fastw3b products.

1. Free premium support can be given through e-mail (questions sent via contact us page) or FW Premium Support component. The latter one is most recommended. That's why please visit FW Premium Support page and download the component for free. It doesn't mean that we won't reply the questions that are sent through Contact Us page or directly to our email. It means that questions sent through our new ticket system will be always checked and solved first. 2. E-mail and FW Premium Support are the only ways to get free support. We do not provide support through Skype, chat or telephone because of security and technical reasons. In some special cases Skype negotiations can be allowed but only on a charged basis. |

1. The maximum period of time for a ticket response is 24 hours. If your issue or question needs some more time to be solved, you will get a notification about it within first 24 hours. 2. The allowed distance between tickets is 24 hours. That's why please try to include all the questions in one ticket instead of sending a great number of them. 3. Bugs found in Fastw3b extensions and reported to Fastw3b Support Team are always considered urgent and will be fixed as soon as possible. |

Problems caused by 3-d party Joomla extensions and templates. 2. Support to Fastw3b extensions if a source code was changed by customer. 3. Support to older versions of extensions. 3. Consultation regarding the issues caused by 3d-party templates and extensions. 4. Fastw3b extensions customization or modification. 5. Talks by Skype, chat or telephone.
