1. Eligibility for requirements Fastw3b shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not it accepts a particular applicant or site for participation in the service. Fastw3b's web site is available only to individuals or entities who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The services of this web site are not available to minors. If Users do not qualify, they cannot legally use any of Fastw3b's services including, but not limited to, those that require the User's ability to form legally binding contracts.
2. Removal from network Fastw3b reserves the right to terminate the participation of any member or site without reason but expressly including any member site that Fastw3b judges to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Members in violation of Fastw3b's Terms and Conditions will be immediately deactivated. Fastw3b may deactivate members with no prior notification. Members found in violation of the Terms and Conditions will not receive any credit or payment from Fastw3b. Members that are terminated by Fastw3b on any basis other than violation of these Terms and Conditions will be entitled to receive any payment due from Fastw3b.
3. Taxes You are responsible for paying any taxes, including any goods and services or value added taxes, which may be applicable depending on the jurisdiction of the services provided by Fastw3b. These taxes will be added to fees billed to you, if applicable.
4. Ownership You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Fastw3b.net be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
5. Updates All extensions are always designed for the latest version of Joomla, but we can give no guarantee the extensions will run with future versions of these CMS's. Members may use Contact us form to address any issues related to software versions.
6. Use of Content You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.

User represents and warrants that User's content: (a) will not infringe upon or misappropriate any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right or proprietary right or right of publicity or privacy; (b) will not violate any law or regulation; (c) will not be defamatory or trade libelous; (d) will not be obscene or contain child pornography; (e) will not include incomplete, false or inaccurate information about User or any other individual; and (f) will not contain any viruses or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
8. Registration and processing of your personal data Your personal information will be processed by Fastw3b in order to fulfil the agreement with You, perform delivery of products etc. Furthermore, we will process your personal information for marketing of campaigns, offers, new products or services. Your personal information may also be transferred between Fastw3b and any associated entity within the Fastw3b organisation. By entering into this agreement, You hereby approve such processing of your personal information as set forth above, including processing of your personal identification number, and hereby give such consent. The consent hereby given can in whole or in part be recalled by giving written notice to us. Should you choose to recall your consent, and such recall should make our due performance of the agreement or other obligations difficult, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the agreement. 9. Anti-fraud Instant downloads are available after signing up. However, all of our customers purchases can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up to review of 2Checkout. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Anti-fraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
10. Refund policy Fastw3b doesn't have any refund program. 11. Warranty
Fastw3b does not warranty or guarantee these extensions in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions, components, mambots, modules or other products. Browser compatibility should be tested against demonstration on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the extensions as we can not guarantee Fastw3b extensions will work with all browser combinations.
