FW Gallery Vote is FW Gallery Joomla specific add-on enabling voting functionality for authorized and not authorized users. In this tutorial, we will learn how to set and configure a voting system for your gallery website.

First, let’s enable FW Gallery Vote add-on::

1. Go to the Add-ons section following Components=>FW Gallery=>Add-ons direction.

2. Find FW Gallery Vote add-on in the list and make sure it is enabled. Use add-ons filter to filter add-ons by type.

3. Go to plugin settings following Components=>FW Gallery=>Configuration section.

4. Locate Add-ons tab.

5. Locate Voting Parameters section.

6. Locate Use Voting field and select Yes.

7. Mouse over Voting type field and select Stars.

8. Locate Public voting field and select Yes.

9. Click Save button. Your screenshot should look similar to the screenshot below.

Having configured the voting system settings, you can review a voting section at the front-end of your website.
