FW Gallery tutorial for Joomla!

General information and overview

If you are a photographer or artist it is really important to have a great looking gallery website where you can display your photos or images. FW Gallery is a simple and intuitive solution for creating a responsive and lean gallery. In this tutorial, we will explain how to purchase, download, and install FW Gallery component on your Joomla website.

We will use the following sample parameter:

User account: John Smith

How to purchase

To purchase FW Gallery, follow the steps below:

Go to https://fastw3b.net/joomla-extensions/gallery/fw-gallery-grand.
Click Buy or Subscribe.You can either make a one-time purchase or pay for a subscription.

Make sure to understand that a one-time purchase means that you buy a current version only, with no updates and just maintenance releases, while a subscription means that you buy a current version along with 12 upcoming updates released at least once per month. For that reason buying a subscription seems to be a more cost-effective solution even though the price is a bit higher.

If you have a coupon code for a discount, enter it into the field below and click Apply. If you do not have a coupon, proceed to the step 4.

Select your payment method.

Enter your payment details and click Pay button.

How to download

To download FW Gallery, follow the steps below:

Go to your user account and choose Products from the dropdown.

Locate a product in the Products section and click Download v. x.x.x button.
Click Documentation button to learn more about FW Gallery extension.

How to install

To install FW Gallery, follow the steps below:

Log in to your administrator panel using your credentials.

Locate Extensions dropdown in the top menu of your Joomla control panel and click on it.
Choose Manage => Install menu items.

Locate Upload Package File tab.
Upload a zip file in either of two ways:

Click on the Or browse for file button and select a zip file pkg_grandgallery_v.x.x.x_JUST_INSTALL.zip.
Click Open in the file upload window.

or

Drag the file to the drop area.

Once the file is uploaded and installed, you will see the following message.
